Overview
The Hallandale Beach Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) was created in 1996 to redevelop and improve the City’s overall aesthetics. As a result, the City has undertaken ambitious improvements to include roads and infrastructure, beautifying neighborhood streets, parks, development and restoration of a Historical Village and providing many residential and commercial programs and opportunities. The CRA area is bound to the north by Pembroke Road, to the south by the Dade-Broward County line, to the west by interstate 95 and to the east by NE 14 Avenue and the 14th Avenue canal.
The CRA is responsible for economic development opportunities and initiatives, the City’s real estate portfolio, residential and commercial loan programs.
