Road Closure Notification - Atlantic Shores Blvd February 6 - 25, 2023.
FPL is scheduled to replace some Utility Poles along Atlantic Shores Blvd (between NE 14th Avenue & Diplomat Parkway). The duration of the project is approximately three (3) weeks (02/06/23 thru 02/25/23).
As a result, a section of Atlantic Shores Blvd will be temporarily closed daily for the replacement of the utility poles. Maintenance of Traffic (MOT) signs will be in place to assist in the flow of traffic. Assistance will always be provided for local traffic.

Park Improvement Projects
The Hallandale Beach City Wide Parks Master Plan, adopted on March 12, 2012 outlined Park improvements in our City. Hallandale Beach Voters approved, by an overwhelming majority (65%), to issue $58.5 million General Obligation Bonds (GO Bonds) on the November 4, 2014 ballot.
In addition to the GO Bond Projects, the City and CRA have recently developed Parks in our City.

The Department of Public Works assures that the City's main infrastructure is maintained and upgraded on a regular basis. The Department oversees infrastructure improvement projects.

BCPS SMART Futures Hallandale Beach Projects
The SMART Program is an $800 million capital improvement program put in place to enhance the educational experience of Broward County Public Schools students. This is accomplished by upgrading existing school facilities and providing schools with advanced technology, athletic equipment and musical instruments.
