The City of Hallandale Beach has partnered with the Broward Water Partnership to offer its residents the opportunity to replace their old high water use toilets with water conserving models. Residents who are interested in replacing their old toilets must pre-apply for a toilet rebate. The paper application can be printed by clicking on the link below.
