1. How do I create an online account?

1. Click on “Register Now” and enter your information
2. Select “Enroll”
3. Once you have set up your account, if you forget your password, click on the link indicated on the Customer Portal.

2. Read the Terms & Conditions
3. If you agree to the Terms & Conditions, click in the checkbox and select "Add Account"

2. Select "View Bill" next to the account you want to view
3. Please note: Some billing statements may not appear online. You may contact Utility Billing to request a copy of any missing statements.

5. How do I schedule recurring payments?

1. Go to “AutoPay”
2. Add Schedule
3. Select Utility Bill account number
4. Continue

6. How do I cancel Online Autopay?

1. Go to “AutoPay” section
2. Click on pencil symbol beside “Schedule Details”
3. Click on “Remove Schedule”

7. How do change my credit card information?

1. Go to “My Wallet” section
2. Click on “Edit” beside method of payment you would like to update or remove
3. Enter updated information and click “Confirm” or,
4. To remove payment method entirely, click on “Remove Payment Method”

8. How do I remove Account Number?

Your account number will change if you move or the home sells. It is your responsibility to deactivate the online bill pay when you move out.
